Several problems are discovered in KU e-campus

In addition to the general problems of Konkuk University’s (KU) portal, the e-campus was also discovered to have some serious problems. Many students who have e-lectures should follow the course via the e-campus website. However, students are suffering from log-in errors. Therefore they have complained about this problem to the postscript section of website and application. That is why their attendances are not acknowledged. In fact, two years ago, the same problem existed. Because of recent problems in KU’s online service (KU portal problem) and previous e-campus problems, students are insisting Konkuk improve their online service by posting on the Q&A page in KU website.
